Zan Hamilton has considerable experience in the Financial Services Space. Some highlights are:
- Developed, renovated, rented, and managed 184 units of multifamily housing. Built and sold 60 Single Family Homes and developed 3 single family subdivisions.
- Ran an Origination platform at a large REIT for two years. Started a Mortgage Loan platform for Single Family Residences and Manufactured Housing. In Acquisitions I was a lead in the due diligence and acquisitions of Funder’s Mortgage and Rock Financial (Quicken/Intuit). Was responsible for the identification, due diligence, and integration of the Rock Financial/Quicken sale.
- Was an EVP at DLJ Mortgage Capital (the mortgage subsidiary of Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette) which was sold to Credit Suisse. Zan hired and oversaw the Mortgage Warehousing business for Credit Suisse (CS). Worked on the “Buy side” and brought product to market for securitization and ultimate Bond sales. Met with Rating Agencies to facilitate ratings on the securities. Offered Repo and Warehouse lines to Clients, financed Mortgage Servicing, and provided liquidity to Clients. Became very familiar with financing structures offered by Wall Street.
- Started Lime Financial in Portland Oregon, a National Alt A mortgage originator which was ultimately sold to Credit Suisse.

Susan Hamilton

Susan Hamilton spent eight years in the Hospitality Industry as the owner operator of a popular downtown Portland restaurant/nightclub. Her strong entrepreneurial skills have supported ventures in hospitality, real estate, finance and development. Susan’s volunteer work in the community includes being active on numerous boards including being on the committee charged with establishing the Center for Women's Health at OHSU. She recently completed her term as both Chair of the Marquam Hill Steering Committee as well as being on the board for the OHSU Foundation.She earned her Bachelors degree in Education from the University of Oregon and lives in Portland, Oregon.

Ross was an executive at Precision Castparts Corp for 31 years in positions of increasing responsibility in sales, engineering and general management. He retired as President and CEO of PCC Structurals Inc. (an operating division of Precision Castparts) in 2010. Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, PCC Structurals is the world’s leading manufacturer of structural castings for the aerospace industrySince 2010, Ross has been active investing both through his personal resources and through a family company, ELF Investments LLC. His investments include private equity real estate investments through Scanlon Kemper Bard and two real estate partnerships; Canby Civic Block LLC (multifamily apartments) and Carbyne Investors I LLC (single family homes in Philadelphia). In addition, Ross has extensive experience investing in the energy sector through the private equity groups Intervale Capital and Bayou City Energy.

Jeff Shindler has been active in the Portland real estate market since 2011. His experience includes multifamily acquisitions and asset management, with an emphasis on repositioning Class B and C properties that present opportunities for value creation and strong investor returns.Through his extensive experience analyzing development projects and acquisitions, Jeff has developed the ability to identify underperforming assets and implement strategies that enhance performance and generate cash flow across Evergreen Capital’s managed portfolio.In addition to his acquisitions work, Jeff has served as Principal of Shindler Properties since 2012. The firm currently has more than 150 multifamily units in development on Portland’s east side. His development responsibilities include site planning, pro forma analysis, project management, financing and underwriting, as well as Qualified Opportunity Zone investment.Jeff is also active in the community and has served on the boards of Friends of Gateway Green, Imprints for Families, Partners for Homeownership, and other nonprofit organizations.Jeff earned a Master of Real Estate Development from Portland State University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Rob is President & CEO of Countryman Capital Partners (CCP), an advisory firm which provides consulting services and raises debt and equity capital for commercial real estate projects. He founded CCP in 2022 to better assist his builder/developer clients with debt placement and securing other sources of capital for their projects. With over 30 years of leadership experience in the banking and financial services industry, Rob has provided financing on over $1Billion in commercial real estate projects over his career, including ground-up construction, renovation and adaptive reuse, across various asset classes. Rob has extensive expertise in multi-family construction. Prior to founding CCP, Rob served as Market President for First Interstate Bank for 9+ years, most recently overseeing the bank’s Portland and Seattle Metro markets. He has held Executive and Senior level positions at other prominent financial institutions in the Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, and Dallas, TX markets. In 2003, he was instrumental in launching Capital Pacific Bank, a Portland-based business bank, as the Executive Vice President overseeing the sales team, marketing and business development. He and his team successfully grew the bank during its first 5 years, and the bank was eventually acquired by a regional bank based in Seattle.
