One of the primary objectives of the Estacada Lake Apartments is to create housing that brings residents and activity to the riverfront while maintaining the possibility for public use. Design that creates landscaped public space for events and recreation could be prioritized so that this project will utilize and energize the public waterfront as Estacada continues to grow.
